She has a very rich experience in handling the firms’ client with regard to the compliance matters. Her unique techniques of rendering customised services to clients, her business etiquettes and pleasing disposition has made her manage diverse business clients. She believes that to achieve your goals; learning, leading and yearning are important requisites.
She is a qualified Associate Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Currently holds the position of Treasurer, Ahmedabad Chapter of ICSI. She has seen a swath of corporate law & legal needs of varied corporations. She leverages this varies background to address client challenges, combining critical thinking with knowledge of law and provisions to build impartful solutions. She is heading research and legal representation division of the firm.
